To avoid confusion and booking fees please manage your appointment online by rescheduling or canceling at least 24 hrs beforehand.

Wellness Policy
If you're feeling unWell please stay home.
We understand it's frustrating missing appointments, even when it means the 24 hr cancellation policy will be upheld.
Multiple confirmation eMails & text messages are sent to give our guests ample opportunity for rescheduling.
General Policies
If you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment it will be considered missed or a NoShow.
